Work for passion
Whatever you are doing right now, there always can be a better tomorrow if you are in field which is your passion. If you like designing, be designer. if you like researching, be scientist. Initially it may not get you well amount of money but as soon as you get expertise in that field people will come finding you to hire you for that skills.
Positive thinking
However strong and positive you are, you will surely need doses of positive thinking some day. Keep reading some affirmative stories and articles every few days. This will help you bring yourself up in every situation.
Believe in god
May god be true or a belief, i don't care. The most important thing about believing in god is that you always be in a strong hope that everything will be alright. Those who believe in god stay more happy than other people as they always think that god will help them coming out of the bad situation when it is there in their life, they will always feel secure as someone invisible is always there to protect and look after them.
Simplicity
Try to be as simple as possible. Complexity makes life tougher and boring. Have a habit of keep everything simple. Wear simple clothes, eat healthy food, enjoy smaller moments. Life will be simple for those who live among simplicity. Avoid too many tasks and too many thoughts at a time.
Daily Escape
Escape daily from your routine. Or in simple words, spend at least half an hour a day with yourself. Spend few minutes at your favorite place everyday where nobody can disturb you. Just you with yourself! And during this time don't think about your responsibilities worries and all. Try to be empty and out of world. Listen to your favorite songs, meditate or do anything with which you can loose yourself into another world, a world of peace and pleasure.
Stress Buster
Fear of loosing something or getting defeat brings you tension and stress. And as a human everybody easily get trapped in it. But there is a universal truth that 90% of what we are worried of is actually not a matter to worry at all. Because most of the times those things don't happen. For example, you may be worried that what if you don't get 80% marks in your final exam, or if you don't get 1000 $ salary. This is a different matter that can't be explained in a paragraph. So i present you a simple idea from Dale Carnegie's "How to stop worrying and start living". It goes as follows.
1. Identify the reason for your worries ; write it down.
2. What is maximum possible loss due to that ; write it down.
3. What can you do at max from your side ; write it down.
4. What are you going to do for that ; Write it down.
5. Now carefully read these things and follow the decision you have made. This simple trick will reduce your stress up to a great amount.
Give And Get
Try to keep everybody around you happy. It is never possible to keep everybody happy but at least regret to them whom you hurt deliberately or mistakenly. If you are rich, go to orphanage homes and distribute fruits or food to the children. Share whatever you have with those who don't have it. This will keep you happy inside always and bring positive results in your life. What you give is what you get, it is universal law nobody can deny.
Exercise 30 minutes everyday
You can ask me how can it help you stay happy forever. The answer is, it will always keep you from diseases especially from heart attack and diabetes. So overall, you will be happy having great health.
Stay in touch with your loved ones
Have a habit to call or meet your friends and relatives at least once in a week. It will make them happy and keep them feeling that they are valuable to you. Due to this they will always be in your support, whenever you find yourself in miseries, they will be there to sort it out. After all relationships matter!
Open Heart, Broad Mind
Last but surely not least, Be broad mind and open heart. Think out of box, be realistic and don't ever try to force your perspectives and beliefs on others. Whatever you feel and think it should reflect in your
behavior and actions. People with such nature are often called 'open books'. They never hide anything whether it is good or bad of them from anybody. So people will find themselves to be important and valuable for you. And will always help you sort any mess out whenever you are in trouble.
At the end, i would like to advice you that all this is not to change your life in a moment. Start applying this and practice this everyday. Gradually, you will see visible change in your life and get yourself happier than ever.
